Philosophy

In Sanskrit, “Nav” means new, while “Jan” is an individual.

Navjan is a platform for young individuals who are focussed, driven and deserving but lack the opportunity and resources to pursue their dreams and aspirations.

Our attempt is to empower the country’s youth through education, entrepreneurship, and equality.

Since 2016, we have been training aspirants for various public sector jobs such as Banking, SSC, and REET.

At the education centre in Jaipur, well-trained teachers prepare candidates for Civil Services and Public Sector jobs. The facility has a library, a computer lab, and 6 classrooms.

Girls Hostel

In 2016, a safe learning residence was built in Ajmer for the girls studying in and around the region. A free of cost accommodation, it encourages education for meritorious women.

Training is underway for our first batch(es) of State and All India Civil Services (RAS & IAS) aspirants.

Meghraj Singh Shekhawat

Meghraj Singh Shekhawat, founded Rajput Vikas Parishad (RVP) in 2016. With Navjan, he wishes to expand the idea of education for all, by engaging other communities. He believes in the power of youth and that education is key for a better India.
